HR Officer (Psy Grad)

Due to the rapid business growth, now Fujitsu Indonesia is looking for
experienced professional as well as fresh-graduate student from technical
and electronic field to fulfill the below positions:

HR Officer

Requirements:
Has working experience in recruitment area (in IT field is preferable)
Well expertise in using psychological tools & assessment is preferable.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or
equivalent
Able to work under pressure & dynamics environment
Good communication skill, team player with strong work ethic and high
integrity
Fluent in English is a must
Fluency in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of
current and future hiring and business need
Together with Hiring Manager determine the offer to selected candidate,
negotiate the offer, sent employment offer
Set up interview schedule, contact the short listed applicants, coordinate
the schedule with the panel interview members and arrange the interview
venue.
Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training,
education, and job skills
Conduct psychological assessment for selection
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job
criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting
resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals
Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making
hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures-
Maintain and ensure good applicant filing system and shortlisted candidates
database system.
Coordinating with HR Administrator Officer to ensure the timely production
of employment contracts and completeness of personnel file for new staff.
