company in Telecommunication Industry, is looking for suitable
candidates to join our team for position as :
Sourcing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Ensure close working relationship with key business stakeholders
OPS and Legal Department. Contribute to establishling contract
management practices and processes in company.
Standardize Customer Project Procurement Contract Implementation
Responsible for adaptation of legal clauses for all Service
Supplier templates.
Define relevant working standards and practices (eg standard T&C,
key processes, roles, etc) for subcontractors fulfilling e2e
requirements.
Ensure correct target setting (STP), resource levels CoDe,
communication, best practice sharing etc.
Ensure solid E-2-E contract management (from acquisition to
execution, incl. sub-cons) with specific focus on procurement areas.
Provide consolidated company's view of contractual risks and
opportunities (change & claim management), incl. potential
back-to-back T&C's with sub-cons.
Supplier Contract management (approval rights, contract expiration etc.)
Ensure proper handling, maintenance and storage of contractual
documents including Price Agreement and MoM.
Deliver sub-cons data for Vendor Master creation.
Submit request for any vendor Bank Account revision etc.
Continuously improve contract management quality (measured by defined KPIs).
Requirements:
To have legal back ground from the reputable university
3 -5 years experience in handling vendor contract management –
preferably in telecommunication industry.
Expected to be able to join by March 2012.
Familiar with state laws, labour law and regulations.
Good command of English.
