Summary Responsibilities :
Under Information System & Business Process (ISBP) Department
This position performs analysis and administrative duties in the
maintenance of organization's documents and records. This may include
records retention schedules; processing and maintaining files;
scanning records; preparing reports; and inputting, researching, and
retrieving data. Provides assistance to department's documents and
records administrators
Requirements:
Minimum S1 degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
Minimum 2 years experience in document and record management using
popular Electronic Document Management System. Experience in
developing document and record policies and procedure.
Advance technical skill:
Windows OS
Ms. Office
SoP Development
Good command in English, both written & speaking
