Customer Relation Assistant
Jakarta Raya

Job Descriptions :
• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records.
• Determine charges for services requested.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
• Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in any major,

• At least 2 (two) years experience working on a publishing agency, with broad knowledge in translation processes/multilingual project handling,
• Possess an Outgoing Personality,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Looking and Well Groomed Appearance,
• Computer-literate,
• Creative Thinking,
• Good Time Management Skill, Attention to detail, Customer Focus Orientation, Able to work with dateline and doing multitasking job,
• Fluent in English (Fluent in one or more Western European language or East Asian language will be an advantage).
