At this time PT. Framas Indonesia is seeking qualified candidate for the position:

1. AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Job description:

1. Developing jig/ tools for new item (product)
2. Process controlling on injection molding automation
3. Setting robot's parameter on current or new items
4. Supporting production on daily operation

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering  
2. Experienced min. 1 (one) year in manufacturing company and/ or has involved of lead automation project
3. Familiar with Robotic System
4. Having good logic, high initiative and strong analytical ability
5. Strong communication and presentation skill
6. Proactive, hardworking and able to thrive in fast paced
7. Fluent in English (both oral and written)
8. Specific skills: AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Ms. Office, Visio, etc.

2. CAD PRODUCT DESIGN

Job description:

1. Create 3D files according to customer specifications
2. Work out 2D drawings
3. Making Problem Solving each finding problems
4. Create documentations for new products and daily reports for any work performed
5. Communicate daily with Management and Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Minimum education D3 from reputable University or SMK with experiences more than 6 years in the same position.
2. 4 years experienced in injection molding and product design.
3. Advance skill of the art mold and product design soft wares, especially for Rhinoceros.
4. Spatial sense of molds and products.
5. Analytical skills and problem solving skills.
6. Power to encourage tasks and projects.
7. Having good English communication skill both oral and written.
8. Experience in shoe industry is an advantage.

3. CAM & CNC Programmer

Job description:

1. Make a draft layout of mold construction for each project using CAD/CAM program.
2. Create 3D and 2D mold construction and detail components of mold and the electrode
3. Operate a CNC machining process, based on the CAM program.
4. Perform preventive maintenance checklist for CNC.

Requirements:

1. Min SMK/STM or D3/Poltek (Mold Manufacture)
2. Good in English communication skill (is an advantage)
3. Min 3 years' experience in CNC operator systems (specially for Heidenhain controller)
4. Well experience in CAM programming, Delcam Powershape, Delcam Powermill (is an advantage)
5. Basic knowledge in Unigraphics and Rhinocheros
6. Computer Literacy 2D/3D technical drawing (is an advantage)
7. Advanced knowledge of 3 axis programming
8. Basic knowledge of 5 axis programming (is an advantage)
9. Mold and dies knowledge

4. Leader CAM & CNC Programmer

Job description:

1. Responsible for weekly CNC machine planning and CAM planning and full fill daily target.
2. Responsible for CNC overnight running as planned.
3. Responsible for CNC cutting tools cost by control daily CNC tools consumptions.
4. Monthly Kaizen report.

Requirements:

1. Min D3/Poltek (Mold Manufacture)
2. Good in English communication skill
3. Min 6 years' experience in CNC operator systems (for Mazak, Fanuc, Mikron machines and Heidenhain controller)
4. Well experience in Haidenhain CNC controller with advanced knowledge in 3 and 5 axis programming
5. Well experience in CAM programming, Delcam Powershape, Delcam Powermill (is an advantage)
6. Mold and dies knowledge
7. Have strong leadership
8. Able to work as team and individually, with minimum supervision
9. Initiative and able to work under pressure
