1. TRAINING DEVELOPMENT
Role:- Conduct TNA & Create training programs to develop employee competencies
- Dealing with training providers
- Ensure competencies and quality of trainers
- Standardized methodologies and training modules
- Ensure training programs realization
- Organize and monitor all training events
- Provide Training Evaluation & report
- Female/Male, Max. 30 years old.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university (preferably for Psychology majors).
- Having min. 3 years experiences in handling training activities .
- Good understanding for Training Need Analysis and training evaluation.
- Good knowledge in sales training development will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English both oral & written (TOEFL score min. 550 ).
- Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Self starter, intiatives.
- Possess a driving license A.
2. DATABASE ANALYST
Role:- Develop data base of brand activities.
- Provide data and recommendation necessary for brands activities.
- Evaluate brands activities and make comparisons.
- Provide monthly reports of brand's activities.
- Mapping, analyse and evaluate effectivity of outdoor medias.
- Male/Female, Max 35 years old.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university , majoring in Statistic or Mathematics.
- Has minimum 3 years working experience in marketing research
- Good analytical thinking and detail oriented.
- Possess supervisory skill.
- Fluent in English both oral and written (TOEFL min.550).
3. SALES ANALYST
Role:- Dealing and improving relationships with leasing companies
- Evaluate and improve leasing performance
- Analyze overall leasing packages
- Evaluate and improve level of leasing services
- Female/Male, 27 – 40 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university . Major in Economics
- Having minimum 4 years working experiences in automotive leasing company
- Good analytical thinking
- Good negotiation skill
- Good knowledge and skill in financial analysis
- Good understanding in automotive sales strategies
- Possess leadership and decision making skill
- Fluent in English both oral and written (TOEFL min.500)
4. SALES AREA
Role :- Analyse and improve sales outlets
- Provide market analysis for boosting sales target's achievement
- Evaluate and provide consultation to increase sales outlet productivity
- Fostering sales outlets; review operation standards and optimizing resource management.
- Liaise between parents company with all sales outlets
- Male/Female, Max. 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University with major in economics or management (Master Degree is preferable)
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in the similiar position
- Good analytical skill and detail oriented
- Good English communication (both oral and written) with TOEFL Score Min. 550
- Interested in automotive industry
- Good initiative, self starter
- Able to work under pressure
- Have a driving license A
- Willing to travel
5. SALES FORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
