BUDGETING SUPERVISOR

1. Maximum 30 years old.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance, Management or equivalent.
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
4. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting/ Cost Control or equivalent.

IT SUPPORT & SYSTEM

1. Age Max 26 Years
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
4. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
5. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
6. Hard Worker, disipline, honest, high Initiative.
7. Contract position(s) available.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

1. Male / Female, age maximum 26 years old
2. Fresh Graduated from Bachelor/Master Degree (S1 /S2) with minimum GPA = 3.00
3. For pro-hire candidates, maximum 2 years experience
4. Minimum score TOEFL  = 500
5. Have a good analytical thinking,  good communication and interpersonal skill
6. Have a good appearance with high self-confidence
7. Willing to  join Modernland Management Trainee Program for 1 year
8. Willing to be placed to all Business Unit of PT.Modernland Realty, Tbk

PERSONALIA SUPERVISOR

1. Female, max. 30 years old.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
4. Min. 3 years experiences in property company is advantages.
5. Have a good knowledge about Payroll System, Compensation & Benefit.
6. Have a good communication.
7. Willing to travel around Business Unit.
8. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
9. Full-Time position(s) available.

PROGRAMMER SUPERVISOR

1. Male / Female, with maximum 30 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
3. At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required
4. Possess strong coding skill in PHP
5. Possess deep knowledge & experience of My SQL
6. Advance knowledge in jQuery, Ajax, Javascript, HTML, CSS
7. Posses exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
8. Time management and communication skills are a must to excel in this position
