SUPERVISOR WELL SERVICE

NATURE AND SCOPE

• Supervise well services operations in compliance with internal COPI
policies and government regulations for well service, intervention and
workovers operation.
• Suitable for all routine operations and may be in charge during
critical operations with little supervision.
• Co-ordinate the daily activities associated with Well SERVICE logistics.
• Make sure that there is 100%compliance with all rules for well
servicing, well intervention and
• Producing operations.
• Working closely with the production operation personnel on the platform.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering Degree.
• Minimum 2 years Experienced on Well Service Engineering and previous
experience in the slick line and well service operations Hold a valid
IWCF well control certificate.
• Familiarity with well service and completion equipment, including,
ut not limited to wellheads, tubular, and completion equipment.
• Good judgment and decision-making ability regarding personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to create an environment which fosters.
• Innovation and continuous improvement.
• Individual that is willing to accept risks and aggressively pursue
continuous improvement.
• Provide strong support to the Best Practices Engineer on the job site.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Production Engineer will be a part of Multi Discipline Team to
progress on project milestone, maintain strong communication within
Well Ops and other group in the BU especially Production Ops, GGRE,
Ops Engineering, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Review production history, well history and wellbore schematic.
• Perform well production optimization by optimizing choke
opening/size, gas lift, tubing size, etc. using WellFlo, Prosper,
Integrated Model (ReO, GAP) or others as applicable.
• Review well potential for stimulation, additional perforations, etc.
• Work with reservoir engineer to establish data acquisition program
such as SGS, FGS, PLT, case hole logging with justification.
• Work with Ops Engineering to assess surface facility optimization to
maximize gas deliverability.
• Determine Maximum Well Deliverability (MWD) jointly with reservoir engineer.
• Participate / support well integrity program.
• Active participant in the company s safety program and all
recommended work shall be designed in accordance with good safety
practices.

Required & Preferred Skills/Competencies:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering from an accredited Engineering School
with at least 2-3 years of industry experience.
• Must have strong analytical skills. able to solve highly analytical
problems with minimal supervision.
• Must be self-directed and capable of managing multiple tasks. The
position requires the individual to have excellent.
• Interpersonal and time management skills.
• Technically competent in Production Engineering, but must also have
some limited knowledge of subsurface functions (geology and reservoir
engineering).
• The position also requires that the candidate possesses basic
business knowledge and a good understanding of petroleum economics.
• Previous exposure to drilling and facility engineering is preferred,
as well as field operations support.

WELL SERVICE OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER

Responsibilities:

• Engineering Degree with at least 10 years prior experience in
completion engineering and well service operations.
• Coordinate Offshore well services operations in compliance with
internal COPI policies and government regulations for well services
and intervention. The Offshore Well Service Operation Team Leader is
suitable for all routine operations and may be placed in charge during
critical operations with little supervision.
• The Offshore Well Service Operation Team Leader will co-ordinate the
daily activities associated with Well Service logistics.
• The Offshore Well Service Operation Team Leader is to make sure that
there is 100% compliance with all COPI SIMOPS rules for well
servicing, well intervention and producing operations. He will be
working closely with the operation personnel in Jakarta and in the
field.
• Coordinate Well Services Engineering and Operations staff as well as
key contractors to ensure work program is aligned to meet schedule and
cost requirements.

Job Description:

• Must understand and implement a well service procedures and provide
input into well service procedures improvement.
• Direct all daily slick line, well intervention and other well
services operations ensuring that these operations are carried out to
the highest standard of safety, efficiency, and within the approved
AFEs.
• Review and monitor well services operations on daily basis giving
guidance and implementing corrective procedures as appropriate.
• Lead well site Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
• Accountable for cost control for the well services operations.
Including AFE close out and all cost reconciliation.
• Effective manage all Offshore Well Service and Intervention
Operations to achieve COPI goals in Safety, Environmental Compliance
and Performance.
• Develop useable work plan for routine well service and well
intervention operations.
• Maintain accurate well service equipment and rental tool inventory.
• Coordinate logistics and materials to ensure adequate supplies are
on the job site to keep continual operations.
• Demonstrate an ability to evaluate the well site operational team
and recommend changes if warranted.
• Perform regular safety audits as practiced in STOP and Safety leadership.

CRANE & LIFTING ENGINEER

BASIC PURPOSE

The Crane & Lifting Engineer is responsible for technical support to
field operation on implementation of new crane and lifting procedure.
The Crane & Lifting Engineer is a technically experienced worker who
has deep knowledge in crane and lifting activities. Familiar with
Crane & Lifting international standard will be a reference. He / She
will be the contract owner of offshore operation for things relate
with crane maintenance and manage the contract to meet the planned
budget and time and execute safely. He/She will be as the responsible
person who will lead the onshore repair works by internal or third
party.He / she will be the focal point of communication with SCM in
providing required parts for field operation.

NATURE AND SCOPE

• Giving advise and recommendation to technical issues, provide
technical advise on the lifting plan and issues.
• Manage blanket contract and progress.
• Repair and return troubleshooting and reliability improvement of crane.
• Support field operation in relation with maintenance management,
sponsor a regular maintenance strategy review for each asset operation
and deliver identified critical parts list, recommended maintenance
works and in terms of reliability work closely with OEE and field
operation and deliver reliability improvement for assigned system.
• Accountable for crane and lifting activities and performance in
offshore operations : Implementation of new crane and lifting
procedure, routine crane maintenance by utilizing of service contract,
managing crane service contract, managing rental & CCU utilization.
• Accountable for identification of future crane and lifting operating
improvement.
• Ensure all cranes and the crew will do operation in safe manner.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Safety – a safety-minded person who believes that a good plan leads
to a safe and efficient execution.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably
with crane and lifting activities.
• Have a sound understanding of crane and lifting at field operations.
• Understand operating constraints and able to manage them to deliver
goals/ objectives.
• Reasonable risk management skills.
• Effective communication and influencing skills.
