Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law from reputable university.
* At least 10 years
of working experience in Corporate Legal and 4 years as Legal Manager,
preferably at coal mining company or holding company.
* Good knowledge in coal mining regulation.
* Proficient to reviewing and providing advice on various legal documentations and contracts.
* Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill & communication skill.
* Fluent in English both oral and written.

Compensation And Benefit Supervisor

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Statictic/Mathematics from reputable university with min. GPA 2,75 (Scale 4).
* Min. 5 years of working experience as Compensation & Benefit in well known company.
* Depth knowledge in Compensation & Benefit concept and salary structure.
* Comprehensive understanding in taxes (Pph 21), Jamsostek, remuneration system, payroll, and benefit issues.
* Proficient in using Ms. Excel.
* High integrity, concern in accuracy, attentions to detail, responsible and diciplined.
* Fluent in English both oral and written.

* Proficient in logging production process, production technology, also machines and production equipment
* Have knowledge in system of forest protection
* Have experience & wide network to market forest production
* Have strong leadership & human relationship skills and high integrity
* Target achievement orientation
