CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE – CRM MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities:

Membership and partnership management
Cooperation with partner
Churn Management
Value added services
Payment reminder and notification
Activation and loyalty program

Requirements:

Male or female, age max 40 years old at the time of rekruitasi.
Minimum S1 graduates
Experienced field of marketing
Having a wide networking
Have a good Conseptual Thinking
Experience in the field of managerial
Graduated from a whole series of selection tests
