Purchasing Officer
Responsibilities:
Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders
Perform administrative tasks in the Purchasing department
Monitor workflows of purchase requisition process in e-requisition
system to comply with the company's global internal guidelines
Negotiate and complete contracts with suppliers
Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification and follow
up purchase orders to suppliers
Prepare monthly reports to regional office
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in any discipline, business related is preferable
Minimum 3 years of working experience in purchasing area
Have good negotiation skills, decision making skills,
communication skills, financial skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills, able to work under
minimum supervision
Have experience in SAP
Advance skill in Microsoft Excel
Fluent in English is a must (both written & oral)
