POSITION REQUIREMENT
Senior Project Manager
(SPM) Requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably from Information Technology/Business Administration
2. Minimum 5 years in IT Project Management of Application Development
3. Minimum 2 cycles experience in managing several projects in one program
4. Having Project Management certification
5. Experience in initiating IT project, as well as developing business requirement and composing high level solution
6. Extensive knowledge in Dealer Management System of automotive industry
7. Excellent communication skill and knowledge about Change Management Program
Senior Business Consultant – Dealer Management System
(SBC)
Requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably from Information Technology/Business Administration
2. Minimum 5 years in automotive industry with excellent understanding in business process of sales, service, and spare parts
3. Minimum 2 cycles experience as Business Analyst in developing Dealer Management System
4. Experience in Business Process Engineering of automotive industry will be advantage
5. Experience in Project Management will be advantage
6. Strong analytical thinking, English, communication skill, team work and manage relationship
PMO - Project Management Office Requirements :
1.Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering/management/accounting
2.Minimum 5 years experience in PMO activities
3.Minimum 2 years experience as internal auditor/internal control and support external auditor
4.Good knowledge and understanding business process in IT industry
5.Good knowledge in ITIL is an advantage
6.Experience in development policy, procedure, and/or working instruction
7.Fluent in English (written and oral), good interpersonal and communication skills
8.Attention to detail, good teamwork, problem solving, negotiation skill, and analytical skill
Scope of Job :
1. Establish Project Methodology, Project Tracking at regular intervals, and Project Support
2. Maintain repository of all projects (proposals, work plans, reports and changes status)
3. Monitor project portfolio to ensure timely updates and performance reporting process
4. Provide Project Manager guidance through standardize project management office process, tools, documentations, and templates
5. Provide oversight to ensure project is comply to established standard (Quality Assurance)
6. Identify and resolve common problems and potential risk issues across project
7. Provide up-to-date portfolio level status reporting to management
8. Conduct post project review, lesson learned, and company performance scorecard
9. Conduct internal control
10. Monitor implementation of SOP and identify any influential potential issues
Sr. System Engineer Requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor degree
2. Minimum 3 years experience as System Engineer
3. Involve min 3 cycles in project implementation, including 1 cycle in Unified Communication implementation project
4. Familiar with Microsoft Lync or CISCO Unified Communication Technology, VMWare or Hyper-V technology, and Zero Client Concept
5. Understand basic knowledge of network technologies
6. Holding Microsoft certification
7. Holding Cisco certification, particularly in voice technology is preferred
8. Having good teamwork, problem solving, negotiation skill, and good analytical skill
9. Good Communication in English (Speaking & Writing)
Scope of Job :
1. Perform as Project Manager and also support Sales Team during presales activities
2. Conduct presales activity, compile the system become "To-Be Design" project documentation and lead project deployment
3. Asses & analyze current condition of IT infrastructure system and customer requirements
4. Set the system design which fit with customer requirement and necessity
5. Lead technical implementation and deployment during project period
6. Verify and evaluate implementation result by conduction integration testing
System Engineer Requirements:
1. Min S1, majoring IT, Engineering, or Science fields
2. Min 4 years experience in system area
3. Involve in min 4 cycles of project implementation
4. Preferably having MCITP certification
5. Good understanding and familiar with server technology
6. Experience in implementing Active Directory, mail server, file server; system security (antivirus, anti SPAM); and also maintaining, monitoring & trouble shooting infrastructure system
Network Engineer Requirements:
1. Min S1, majoring IT, Engineering, or Science fields
2. Min 3 years experience in Network area
3. Involve in min 4 cycles of project implementation
4. Preferably having CCNP, CISSP certification
5. Good understanding and familiar with Network products
6. Experience in implementing switching and routing, network security, and alsomaintaining, monitoring & trouble shooting.
SAP Basis Requirements:
1. Min S1, Min S1, majoring IT, Engineering, or Science
2. Min 3 years experience as SAP Basis Consultant
3. Involve in min 1 cycle of SAP Implementation
4. Willing to work under pressure
5. English speaking & writing is a must.
