Mooring Master
Jakarta - PHE ONWJ
Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, advise and check crude tanker, SPM & loading
hoses accessories, metering, and crude lifting at terminal operation,
in order to ensure all cargo activities at terminal area is in
compliance with terminal operating procedures & Government regulations
in achieving safe, accurate and best quality of crude lifting.
Requirements:
Master of Oceangoing or Master Marine License Class 1 (ANT 1) in oil and gas
Marine Pilot Certificate
Minimum 5 years of experiences in lifting tanker operations in oil
and gas Industry
Having broad experience in all aspects of offshore operations in
oil and gas industry
Must have proven track record in offshore operations, maintenance
or HSE management
Have competencies in oil and gas operation and maintenance for
running the facilities smooth in Crude storage and accessories and
knowledge of plant shutdown system and control system also maintenance
for above facilities and equipment
Must have control of work philosophy for delivering the completion
of the work safely
Must have emergency response philosophy strategy
Have knowledge in HSSE management in operations of oil and gas Industry
Able to demonstrate leadership, networking and influencing skills
Having skill in coaching and team-building
Have knowledge of legislative requirements for offshore operations
Must understand of management of major emergency
Have full understanding of safety management requirements and
implementation of safe system of work as applicable to offshore
operations
Must understand Indonesian applicable law & regulations
