We are Workshop and Engineering Services Company in Oil & Gas, Mining, Petrochemical & General Industry is looking for highly qualified person to join in our company for the position of:
SALES ENGINEER
Requirements:
Male/female, age between 25 – 35 years old.
Graduate from University/Polytechnic (preferred in Metallurgy and Mechanical background).
Minimum 2 years experience of sales engineer in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Services Industry.
Familiar with technical drawing and mechanical specification.
Excellent interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, sales skill and presentation skill.
Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Willingness to travel and proven ability to oversee all sales activity.
Fluent in English and computer literature.
Responsibilities:
Develops annual sales plan in conjunction with sales department, which detail activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
To manage the Sales Department Budget, delivery of all sales activities within agreed budget where budgets are devolved.
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and prospective customers.
Demonstrates the ability to interact and to cooperate with all company employees.
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problem creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
