BRAND MANAGER
1.. Male, 35 - 45 years old, Minimum Bachelor Degree in Communication or any related major, preferably overseas graduate,
2.. Have good analytical skills and fluent in English,
3.. Minimum 8 years experience, 3 years as Marketing or Brand Manager (preferably from Electronic product background), and have good network with advertising agencies,
4.. Strong brand-building abilities, with a strong overall business understanding,
5.. Have experiences of driving the brand management team and take up various marketing activities to raise the positive image of the new brand,
6.. Have skills to review the effectiveness of various marketing activities and make business improvement as well as increasing sales revenue,
7.. Strong leadership and presentation skill,
8.. Self motivated, dynamic, good interpersonal skills, with excellent communication skills.
Our client, Trading Company, based in Jakarta, would like to invite the qualified candidate for senior position as follows:
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
1.. Male / Female, 35 - 45 years old, minimum Bachelor Degree
2.. Minimum 7 years experience in developing, improving HR System, preferably from Banking industry
3.. Good skills in employee relations, advanced skills in payroll system
4.. Good leadership, planning & organizing
5.. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6.. Self motivated, mature, innovative, initiative
