* Female, maximum 38 years old

5 years experience in the same position
* Understand & able to implement all of the HR processes recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, rewards management, and organizations development.
* Hands on experience in area of personnel administration, industrial relations, compensation & benefit, & couching and counseling.
* Having strong leadership, able to work under pressure and communication skill to interact will all level employee
* Good planning and organizing skill
* Fluent in English, both oral and written
