*Role Summary/Purpose:*

Participants complete three 6-months rotations in Engineering within one
business and expected to be geographically mobile. The GEMP is designed to
gain hands-on experience while working on challenging projects, network
with professionals, and learn from some of the brightest minds in the
business.

GE TRANSPORTATION
Major : All engineering majors especially ME,
EE, Software engineering
Degree level desired: BS
Technology areas: Diesel electric locomotive,
marine and stationary equipment, battery
facility, off-highway vehicle system

GE ENERGY
Major: ME, EE,AE,MS, computer science, computer or
software engineering, nuclear engineering, chemical

*Qualifications/Requirements:*

• Engineering or Science degree from technical Universities
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Prior interns, co-op or research experiences in engineering or
manufacturing
• Commitment to a career in technology
• Experience in writing technical reports
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must willing to relocate
