highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

1. SHE Department Head (Code : SDH)
2. SHE Supervisor (Code : SHE)
3. Port QC & Blending Supervisor (Code : PQC)
4. Production / Pit Supervisor (Code : PSP)
5. Coal & Hauling Supervisor (Code : CHS)
6. System Data Base Planning & Technical Senior Staff (Code : SDB)
7. Mine Plan Engineer (Code : MPE)
8. Drill & Blast Supervisor (Code : DBS)
9. Mechanical Supervisor (Code : MSP)
10. Surveyor Supervisor (Code : SSP)

1. SHE Department Head

Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer/K3
2. Minimum 7 years experience in coal mining industry, with 2 Years
experience as SHE Department Head
3. Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
4. Well understanding about mining operation, Good knowledge about
Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
5. Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE)
strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as
lead, manage, and support their implementation
6. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and
organizational skills
7. Willing to be placed on site

Responsibilities
1. Develop SHE policy and system
2. Plan, Implement, and Control SHE activities, include Setting and
control SHE budget
3. Conduct Safety & Environmental Law Compliance Audit as required by
corporate audit standard and government regulations
4. Conduct environment management and monitoring (waste water, river,
sea, ambient air, emission, and soil) based on AMDAL
5. Setting SHE objective target & goals
6. Manage of hazardous and toxicity material
7. Responsible of reclamation activity and progress
8. Responsible for plan and actual of reclamation activity
9. Make Safety and Environmental Report and submit to Government
Instance (Quarterly, Yearly, and Yearly Plan)
10. Report to Technical Mine Manager

2. SHE Supervisor (Code : SHE)

Requirements
1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent
and Minimum 3 years experience in coal mining industry
2. In depth knowledge & experience in mining operation, Good knowledge
about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
3. Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
4. Fluent in English both oral & written
5. Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE)
strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as
lead, manage, and support their implementation
6. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and
organizational skills
7. Willing to be placed in site Central Kalimantan

Responsibilities
1. Evaluate work procedure, work instruction and job safety analysis
2. Join in Safety Inspection for stockpile, hopper, crusher, conveyor,
barging/jetty area
3. Give Safety Induction and Re-Induction for all employees and
General Safety Induction for visitor
4. Give recommendation related to environmental to Division Head and
all section, such as oil trap standard, environmental emergency
preparedness
5. Monitor and reporting SHE performance to SHE Superintendent,
Division Head and Kepala Teknik Tambang

3. Port QC & Blending ISP Supervisor (PQC)

Requirements
1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is
required for this position
3. Experienced in the management of the coal stockpile, coal crushing
and loading
4. Having a good knowledge, negotiation skill, and leadership
5. Applicants must be willing to work in South Kalimantan

Responsibilities
1. Manage all port activities which consist of : weight bridges,
stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, transhipment, and quality
assurance
2. Monitor all operation documentations
3. Ensure the harmony and good cooperation between the company, Agent
and the port terminal Operator

4. Production / Pit Supervisor (Code: PSP)

Requirements
1. Male, Minimum of Bachelor Degree in mining engineering/geology
2. Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in coal mining industry
3. Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
4. Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
5. Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
6. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining
analysis and cost
7. Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan

Responsibilities
1. Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to
achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in
accordance with the project parameters and guidelines
2. Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans
at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the
necessary production [arameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback
basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan
3. Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians
and unskilled personnel in the mining operations in the shift by shift
BMP process using short term variance
4. Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen,
operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining
operations for the benefit of the Project Manager
5. Co-ordinate and supervise Mining production and other mining team
to ensure smooth operations at loading points
6. Control production on an hour by hour basis and prepare timely and
accurate reports on project progress as requires by the project
7. Assist Mining Superintendent in liaise and co-ordinate with
maintenance departement to optimize and maximize mining equipment
availability and utilization in achieving production target
8. Minimise axposure to personnel and the environment by identifying
hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and
implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations in accordance
with the Safety Management Plan

5. Coal & Hauling Supervisor (Code: CHS)

Requirements
1. Min. S1 graduate in Geology/Mining Engineering
2. Min. 3 Years experience in coal & hauling
3. Good knowledge in heavy equipment operational and road maintenance
4. Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, AutoCad)
5. Ability to use survey equipments
6. Will be placed on site : Kalimantan Selatan

Responsibilities
1. Monitor road maintenance and improvements works according to the
specifications required
2. Plan to use proper heavy equipments for road maintenance
3. Road cost estimation and evaluation

6. System Data Base Planning & Technical (Code: SDB)

Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology
2. Minimum 1 years site experience in coal mining industry
3. Will be placed in Head Office (Jakarta)

7. Mine Plan Engineer (Code: MPE)

Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 2 years
experience in open cut mining operations ideally with exposure to
truck and shovel operations
2. Thorough knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit
technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities
3. Good knowledge of coal mining terminology
4. Excellent planning, analytical and organization skill
5. A very good understanding of MINEX mining software
6. Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both bahasa Indonesia and English
7. Possess "Pengawas Operational Pratama" certification from
Directorate General of Mining and Energy is a good addition

Responsibilities
1. Undertake short and long term production and financial planning to
determine the resources required to operate the pit, manage operating
cost within budget
2. Support daily technical aspects of the pit operation such as short
and long term planning, blast design, drainage and road design to
assist in achieving agreed coal production
3. Undertake environmental rehabilitation and design process as an
integral part of both short and long term planning in line with PC s
environmental policy
4. Prepare Geotechnical/Planning reports and documents to ascertain
drainage, geological blasting and environmental issues impacting pit
coal production
5. Conduct investigations into planning accuracy and other projects as requested
6. Produce reports of the result for dissemination throughout the
Mining Operation Division to enable a common approach and
understanding to be gained

8. Drill & Blast Supervisor (Code: DBS)

Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining engineering, Civil Engineering or
Geologist with Second Class Blaster Certificate
2. Minimum 5 years experience in drilling & blasting, preferably as a supervisor
3. Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software
4. Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and
explosives handling
5. Willing to work in site area : Jambi

Responsibilities
1. Execute, monitor and control the drill and blast activities of the
project in order to ensure that it is completed on time
2. Establish drill & blast design and drill & blast environment treatment plan
3. Ensure exploder is maintained to blasting standards of safety and reliable
4. Collect data of drilling and blasting include record details of
drill pattern, location, hole location, blast time, explosive usage
and blast result
5. Responsible for safety performance and conformance within the area
of his control

9. Mechanical Supervisor

Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years experience as Mechanical in coal mining industry is
preferable
3. Have strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and be
interested in performing trouble shooting and finding solutions and
making improvements for the benefit of project
4. Have capability to manage a group of technicians, capable to make
comprehensive reports and illustrate correctly
5. Good in English, both in oral and writing
6. High analytical skill
7. Able to work independently as well as a team
8. Willing to work on site in Jambi

10. Surveyor Supervisor

Requirements
1. Male min. 20 years and max 30 years old
2. Min D3 Geodetic from reputable University
3. Having minimum within 2 years experience on civil construction & mining
4. Able to communicate in English
5. Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
6. Willing to work at mine site, and remote area

Responsibilities
1. Understand topographical surveys and productions coal mines
2. Preparation of mine plans / section as per the mining law of
Indonesia and per other needs, Prepare detailed surveys of mine
workings
3. Preparation of plans from field surveys
