RECRUITMENT & PERSONNAL OFFICER (Balikpapan Branch)
The ideal candidate profile:
• Male with Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in psychology, profession program will be preferred.
• Age around 28 – 35 years with Min. two years of experience in similar capacity in a reputable company, on site mass recruitment experience and sound knowledge of psychological test
• Able to operate computer (MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Service oriented people, proven track on honesty and reliability with good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Preferable)
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
• Willing to work long hours in a high pressure working environment.
Excellent career prospect and an attractive remuneration scheme (including Housing allowance for candidate from outside Kalimantan Timur) commensurate with experience and ability will be offered to the right candidate.
