Jr. Petrophysicist - Reservoir Modeling

Responsibilities:

Has a geological or petroleum engineering knowledge to perform the
open hole interpretation and formation tester analysis.
Provide standart petrophysical assessment for new well perforation
and rigless program.
Provide petrophysical input to the appraisal, development plan and
reservoir management of the assets.
Monitor data acquisition processes, QC log data acquisition and
petrophysical interpretation in order to advise on well completions.
Provide petrophysical input during the well planning process to
prepare a safe, optimal and cost effective data acquisition and
drilling programme (i.e. logging, coring and LWD requirements).
Work together with geo-modeler and engineer in the construction of
static and dynamic reservoir models .

Requirements:

S1 in Geology/Petroleum Engineer with minimum GPA 2.75, S2 in
Geology would be advantage.
1-2 years experience in the oil and gas industry and skilled in
all core petrophysical competence areas.
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate
well in English both written and spoken.
Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently
and in a team.
Have the ability to express ideas clearly.
